These terms govern public use of entelevault.com, operated by TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16481808.

Development-stage scope

EnteleVAULT is an early product and assurance foundation. Public pages may describe planned identity, credentials, encrypted records, access policy, custody, signing, recovery, TVKUSD, treasury, tokenization or prime-service architecture. Unless expressly identified as a separately qualified production service, such descriptions are concepts, roadmap or readiness material and may change.

No production custody or secret-storage service

The current website does not offer cryptocurrency custody, a wallet, HSM/MPC signing, password or wallet recovery, reserve management, treasury operation, prime brokerage or an audited production secret-storage service. Do not submit production private keys, seeds, recovery phrases, wallet files, authentication secrets or regulated records.

Authorised use

You must not use EnteleVAULT materials or interfaces to obtain unauthorised access to accounts, wallets, credentials, systems, records or assets, or to bypass security controls.

Future regulated or custody functionality

Any future custody, signing, reserve, treasury, tokenization or regulated-data function requires the applicable security, legal, privacy, licensing, operational, key-ceremony, incident and independent-review gates before activation. Technical readiness alone is insufficient.

No certification or guarantee

Assurance tests, control mappings or readiness gates do not guarantee absolute security, confidentiality, recovery, availability or compliance and do not constitute certification/accreditation unless an identified independent body expressly says so.

Availability and third parties

Development-stage content and demonstrations are provided on an “as available” basis and may change or be withdrawn. Third-party integrations and ecosystem links remain subject to their own status, terms and security.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator excludes implied warranties and indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on development-stage content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that may apply in another jurisdiction.
