TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16481808, registered office Office 23, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom, W1C 2BU, is the controller for personal data processed through the public EnteleVAULT website where it determines the purposes and means of processing.

Current website data

We may process contact information you voluntarily submit, technical/security logs, browser/device metadata, abuse-prevention signals, and limited enquiry information needed to operate and protect the site and respond to legitimate communications.

Do not submit production secrets. The current website and implementation are not approved collection channels for private keys, seeds, recovery phrases, wallet files, passwords, authentication codes, biometric templates, regulated records or other production secret material.

Purposes and lawful bases

Data may be processed to operate and secure the site, answer enquiries, assess legitimate partnership or assurance requests, prevent misuse, keep necessary records and comply with legal obligations. Depending on context, processing may rely on contract/steps toward contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent where required.

Future vault services

Any future production identity, credential, encrypted-record, custody, signing or regulated-data service will require a service-specific privacy framework covering roles, lawful bases, special-category data where applicable, processors, security, retention, transfers and data-subject rights before activation. This public notice does not authorise production use of the present foundation for such data.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Hosting, security, communications and professional providers may process limited data under applicable contractual/legal controls. We do not sell personal data. International transfers use an applicable lawful mechanism where required. Data is retained only as reasonably necessary for its purpose, security, dispute or legal requirements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and consent withdrawal, and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent authority.
